Dr. Jugal Kishore Das

I am a passionate T cell biologist dedicated to advancing immunotherapy for cancer and autoimmune diseases. During my postdoctoral journey, I contributed to novel strategies that enhanced the efficacy of anti-cancer immunotherapies—an experience that solidified my commitment to translating scientific insights into impactful clinical solutions.

After years of research in immunotherapy, I have established my independent research group in Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence-Delhi NCR, where I lead a dynamic team working at the intersection of immunology and diseases.

Our research focuses on developing innovative T cell-based therapies, with a particular emphasis on correcting immune dysregulation in Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Using pre-clinical models, we aim to bridge the gap between fundamental discoveries and real-world treatments, striving to bring meaningful advancements to patients.

Beyond research, I am dedicated to fostering collaborations, mentoring the next generation of scientists, and driving the growth of immunotherapy. With the right support, my team is eager to push the boundaries of immunotherapy, explore novel therapeutic pathways, and accelerate the translation of our findings.
