Likhith Varadhan
Undergraduate Thesis student (2025)
I am from Vizag and pursued my fourth-year dissertation of BSc Biotechnology program in the IMPACT lab. My work focused on understanding the effect of Treg cells and its suppressive functions to alleviate inflammation in T2DM. Outside of the lab one can find me mostly with my tight knit friend group, petting dogs, trying to taking good pictures of birds or on a discord call setting up game nights.
Shubham Prajapati
Undergraduate Thesis student (2025)
As a B.Sc. Research student in Biotechnology, I am deeply engaged in the field of cancer immunology. At the IMPACT Lab, I was involved in hands-on research that explores the dynamic interplay between the immune system and cancer. My work is driven by a strong academic curiosity and a desire to contribute meaningfully to advancements in cancer immunotherapy. Outside the lab, I am passionate about yoga and basketball.
Syed Amer Sohail
Undergraduate Thesis student (2025)
I am from Hyderabad, pursued my fourth-year dissertation of BSc Biotechnology program in the IMPACT lab. I developed an interest in cancer immunology, which motivated me to join Jugal’s lab in 2024 to pursue it further. My work focused on understanding the effect of indole on T-regs and macrophages using mice as the model organism. Outside the lab, you will find me playing volleyball, writing and working out in the gym.
